Prior to your first class
- Complete Online Questionnaire
- Schedule and complete, Client Profile, Health History/Waiver and Pilates Profile
- Discuss any medical concerns with your health care provider
- Be advised that Pilates Practitioners are trained and utilize tactile cuing and correction methods
- Prepay for your services
During your session
- Do not use, sit on, or touch equipment that you have not been trained on, or are not instructed to use
- If something is making you uncomfortable or producing pain, stop
- If you don't understand something or have questions or requests, please let your trainer know
- Remove dangling and over sized jewelry, and belts and secure loose hair and clothing before your session
- Wear leggings, yoga pants, bike shorts, or knee or ankle length pants & a waist length or longer form fitting top (Short, loose shorts, extremely low cut pants and bare midriffs are NOT allowed in Pilates or Yoga classes)
- We prefer that you are barefoot when using the Pilates equipment or taking classes, but if you choose footwear, please wear slip resistant socks or dance shoes . If you wear orthodics, please tell your practitioner and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
- You may want to bring a small hand towel for your personal usage
- Arrive on time!! If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so as to not inconvenience other clients
- Make sure you understand the cancellation policy and late charges. (24 hours private and small group ..one week duet)
